Deposit

A deposit of 50% of total room charge for length of stay is required within 4 weeks of arrival.

Cancellation Policy

We must have at least 14 days advance notice for any cancellations.  Deposit will be refunded within 14 days.

Returned Checks

Any checks returned due to insufficient funds will be charged a $35 fee.
